Parking and Transit:
There are a limited number of parking stalls at the North Surrey Sport & Ice Complex; however, additional nearby street parking is available as well as a paid parking lot located at the Scott Road Skytrain Station. The closest sky train station to the venue is Scott Road Station.

Vendors
Quatro will have an on-site booth featuring their signature bodysuits. In addition, a wide selection of merchandise— including hoodies, t-shirts, and more—will be available, with customization options such as adding athlete names, club logos, and other personal touches. Bodysuits are also available for pre-order at the link below.
Travel Subsidy
GymBC is pleased to annually allocate targeted funds to contribute towards travel costs for athletes (age 18 years and under) who attended the GymBC Championships events. For more information, and details on how to apply, click the link below:

Accreditation
All athletes must pick up their athlete accreditation badge from the accreditation table before attending the event.
Event Photographer
The event photographer is Cakewalk Media. Photo pre-sales are now available. Pre-paying $25 will get you all available photos of your athlete, purchases at the meet will be $15 per photo. This year’s athlete gift is a free 4x6 print of one photo from CakeWalk's mini studio on-site. Please stop by before you leave the venue to get your photo! Photo Pre-Purchase
Apparatus Finals: (Level 7 & 8 only)

This year Level 7 and up have the possibility of Apparatus Finals. Top 8 athletes per apparatus per level will qualify to attend Apparatus Finals. Apparatus Finals are currently scheduled for Sunday morning.

No Show Policy
A great deal of time, effort and expense are invested in attending the various meets & competitions throughout the season. Accurate participant lists are essential to providing our gymnasts the best experience possible. Parents are expected to notify the Club if they will not be attending an event. No Show Gymnasts (those who are on our list, but fail to attend), create a significant amount of unnecessary work and are subject to an administration fee.
