Administration Office Hours (starting Jan 2025)

In-season Hours:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Monday, Sunday, and Statutory Holidays: Closed

Off-season Hours (Summer, Winter Break, Spring Break): By appointment only

  • Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory Holidays: Closed

Office hours are often variable. If making a special trip in, we recommend emailing ahead to info@glaciergymnastics.com.

Spring Session

  • Mar 29:  Recreational Spring Session Starts
  • Apr 3 - Apr 6: Club Closed - Easter
  • May 2 - 4: Glacier Invitational - no classes Saturday to Monday
  • May 16 - 18: Club Closed - Victoria Day
  • June 18, 3:30pm : No scheduled classes after 3:30pm  
  • Jun 15 - 21: Last Week of Recreational Spring Session

  • Oct 28 - Nov 11: Hold Your Spot for Winter Session (for Fall participants only)
  • Nov 11 Wed: Club Closed - Remembrance Day
  • Nov 25, 7:00 am: New Member Registration for Winter Session
  • Dec 14 - 19: Last week of classes
  • Dec 28-31: Winter Break Camp

Winter Session

  • Jan 4:  Recreational Winter Session Starts
  • Jan 27 - Feb 10: Hold Your Spot for Spring Session (for Winter participants only)
  • Feb 13 - 15: Club Closed - Family Day
  • Feb 24, 7:00 am: New Member Registration for Spring Session
  • March 8 - 13: Last Week of Recreational Spring Session
  • March 22 - 25: Spring Break Camps - Rec
  • Mar 15 - 18 & Mar 22-25: Spring Break Training - Team

Spring Session

  • Mar 26-29: Club Closed - Easter(Only affects Mon of the Spring session)

  • May 1 - 3: No Classes Scheduled - Glacier Invitational
  • May 22-24: Club Closed - Victoria Day
  • June 10: Last day of Thursday Afterschool (after 3:30pm) Classes
  • Jun 14 - 19: Last Week of Recreational Spring Session, after 3:30 Rec/Team classes are not scheduled
