As a not-for-profit society one of Glacier Gymnastics Club’s priorities is to keep program fees as affordable as possible. To support affordability, Team Program training fees are discounted well below normal hourly rates. In turn, families with athletes in the Team Program are expected to fulfill volunteer requirements and to help run our hosted events and fundraising activities.

2026-27 Season Requirements

*Families with more than one child in Team Programs will have their total weekly training hours combined to a maximum of Tier 4, with a $300 FCP Deposit.

Volunteer Deposit

A FCP Deposit is charged as part of your annual registration cost. It is invoiced as a separate item, and is payable along with your program fees either upfront, in lump sums, or on a monthly basis.

Upon completion of your Volunteer Commitment, the FCP Deposit will be refunded to you in June/July as credit on your account

Volunteer Jobs

Grocery Card Volunteer:

We’re looking for volunteers who can help with the monthly grocery card order pick-up and/or sorting the cards.

Email sam.volunteer@glaciergymnastics.com for any questions.

The date and time are flexible. Ideally, volunteers helping with pick-up would be available to visit the stores during weekdays, while volunteers helping with sorting can come during office hours.

Each task is estimated to take approximately 0.5-1 hour.

Volunteer Hours Claim Form

After completing a volunteer job, please submit the form below to record your volunteer hours.

At the end of the gymnastics year in June, we will use your submitted hours to evaluate your refundable FCP deposit.

Staff and the Volunteer Coordinator will periodically review submitted hours.
