Session 8 CCP 6 (Lillianna Mucha), CCP 7 (Emerson Mandseth, Jersey Skolka, Becki van Hellemond), CCP 8 (Molly Anderson) – Warm Up - 5:00pm

***Awards will follow each session in their South gym
Arrive at the venue early.
Gymnasts should be changed and ready to go no later than 15 minutes prior to the listed warm up times.
Please note that parents are required to stay in the designated seating areas and are not permitted on the competition floor.
Check In:
Athletes are asked to check in at door #175 prior to their session.
Admission:
$5 admission -limit of 2-3 spectators per gymnast (very limited seating)
Please CASH ONLY - $5.00 per person
(children 5 & under Free, but count as athlete spectator #’s)
NO OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR IS ALLOWED PAST ENTRY POINT IN THEIR GYM!
Concession:
The Host Club is hoping to have a Food Truck vendor on site who will provide drinks and food items for those who would like. Please ensure no spills in the gym area and that all garbage is put in waste bins.
Accommodation:
There is no host hotel, but the club suggested the Best Western as the most economical and the Hyatt as the closest hotel to the competition venue.
Parking:
Parking can be challenging. They have very limited parking at our venue and what they do have they would like to reserve for the judges/coaches and those with mobility issues.
They ask that all Friday Sessions 1, Session 2, Session 3 & Session 4 and Saturday Session 5, Session 6 & Session 7 athletes/families park at the Trinity Baptist Church parking lot located at 1905 Springfield Rd. Please park in designated spots (signs are at the far side of the parking lot).
This lot is a 10-12 minute walk away from the venue for those wanting to walk, but they have a free shuttle/bus service for participants and spectators to and from the parking/venue area. Shuttle will run approx. every 15-20 minutes 45 min prior to session start time up until 15 minutes after session start time. Shuttles will return spectators after award sessions.
NOTE: NO shuttle service from Trinity for Session #8 on Saturday and NO SHUTTLES OR PARKING at Trinity at all on Sunday. Parents/Spectators are asked to find parking at the venue or neighbouring streets (Bredin, Ambrossi & Windsor) for all sessions mentioned above. PLEASE do not park in front of other businesses that are OPEN.
Parents/families are encouraged drop-off athletes at the gym (Door #175) for athlete Check-In and then go park and walk or catch the shuttle (Friday & Saturday). Adult supervision will be on hand to monitor athlete drop offs. Sorry NO sibling drop-offs without parent supervision. Shuttles will bring spectators/ families to the venue waiting area (South Gym) until session doors open & return everyone to the Trinity lot once awards sessions are complete.
We ask that in the event of an unforeseen circumstance that prevents your gymnast from otherwise attending, please call the office or your coach as soon as you know. We appreciate getting as much notice as possible. Email info@glaciergymnastics.com.
No Show Policy
A great deal of time, effort and expense are invested in attending the various meets & competitions throughout the season. Accurate participant lists are essential to providing our gymnasts the best experience possible. Parents are expected to notify the Club if they will not be attending an event. No Show Gymnasts (those who are on our list, but fail to attend), create a significant amount of unnecessary work and are subject to an administration fee.
