Gymnasts will be performing during regular class times.

RSVP Deadline:

TBA

Location:

Glacier Gymnastics Club

Schedule:

GLACIER FEST 2024 - ATHLETE SCHEDULE

We will send you an email (and update this page) whenever there are changes to the schedule that affect our gymnasts. If you do not hear from us, then this schedule is correct.

  • Your child will be performing during her regular class time, please check the schedule for the day of her performance.

Please note that parents are required to stay in the designated seating areas and are not permitted on the competition floor.

Event Format:

This event has a non-traditional format.

  • Athletes will perform on all four events.
  • Judges will rotate with the athletes.
  • Near the end of the regular scheduled class time there will be an awards ceremony with classmates (each gymnast will receive a ribbon for each routine and an All Around medal).
  • We encourage all gymnasts to wear their team suit and have a special event hairdo.
  • Seating is limited for this event, so please only bring immediate family members.

Glacier Fest - Special Event Seating

We invite the parents of our event participants to come down into the gym to view your gymnast’s performance.

Because of the limited seating, downstairs viewing is restricted to just the families of the gymnasts participating in the Glacier Fest event.

Recreational gymnastics spectators will be required to view their classes from the upstairs viewing area.

Regular Classes Running

All classes are still running as scheduled during the week of Glacier Fest, so if your child attends more than one practice a week their regular schedule will still apply.

Admission:

There is no admission fee for this event.

Volunteering:

There are no volunteers needed for this event.  If you have not yet signed up for volunteer hours but wish to, please view our volunteer opportunities for more information.

We ask that in the event of an unforeseen circumstance that prevents your gymnast from otherwise attending, please call the office or your coach as soon as you know. We appreciate getting as much notice as possible. Ph: (250) 352-2227 or email info@glaciergymnastics.com.

No Show Policy

A great deal of time, effort and expense are invested in attending the various meets & competitions throughout the season. Accurate participant lists are essential to providing our gymnasts the best experience possible. Parents are expected to notify the Club if they will not be attending an event. No Show Gymnasts (those who are on our list, but fail to attend), create a significant amount of unnecessary work and are subject to an administration fee.
As a result, $50 admin fee will be charged if we don't receive any prior communication from parents/gymnasts.
