Please review it carefully and ensure all athletes arrive no earlier and no later than 15 minutes prior to their warm-up time, as we have limited space in between sessions.
Saturday December 06th:
Session 4: Warm up 8:00am CCP 6 (Juri, Lia), Xcel Platinum (Denali, Amelia)
Session 5: Warm up 12:00pm CCP 8 (Molly, Jersey)
Session 6: Warm Up 3:15pm Xcel Silver 2010-2014 (Charlotte, Fallon, Gemma, Lilyanna, Madeleine, Maren, Micah, Satya)
Sunday December 07th:
Session 8: Warm Up 8:00am Xcel Silver 2015-2017 (Evelyn, Haru, Rikka)
Session 10: Warm up 2:45pm Xcel Gold 2013-2015 (Elodie, Ibuki, Jane, Liv, Lux, Paisley, Riley, Thora)
Arrive at the venue early.
Gymnasts should be changed and ready to go no later than 15 minutes prior to the listed warm up times.
Please note that parents are required to stay in the designated seating areas and are not permitted on the competition floor.
Athlete & Coach Entry:

Spectator Entry:

Main entrance of Okanagan Gymnastics Centre.
Seating:

Spectator seating will be available inside the gym, along the rod floor, and upstairs.
Facility Rules:

No shoes are permitted on the gym floor.

No food or drink allowed on the gym floor.

A concession stand will be available on-site with limited food and beverage options (cash or card accepted).

Cash, Credit, Debit accepted.

No Show Policy
A great deal of time, effort and expense are invested in attending the various meets & competitions throughout the season. Accurate participant lists are essential to providing our gymnasts the best experience possible. Parents are expected to notify the Club if they will not be attending an event. No Show Gymnasts (those who are on our list, but fail to attend), create a significant amount of unnecessary work and are subject to an administration fee.
