How it Works

Offered in advance of the Winter & Spring Sessions only.
 - Participants currently enrolled in a recreational class are able to Hold-Their-Spot
 - Applies to the SAME CLASS (DAY & TIME) in the upcoming session.
- Hold Your Spot registration must be completed by the advertised deadline. 

Returning members who miss the Hold-Your-Spot deadline will need to wait until New Member Registration opens and will have the same opportunity to register for the new session as the general public and new members..

How To Register

• Follow the link provided to you by email.
• Using your Uplifter Account - navigate the registration screens to find your desired class.
• The REGISTER button will only be visible when we are taking registration.
• ** If your chosen spot is full – be sure to register to the Wait List **

Method of payment must be provided for to complete your registration.
If paying via Cash / Cheque or Funding provider - contact the Club within 24 hours to ensure your registration is not deleted.

Want to Change Class Times / Days?

• Simply register to the new time you wish to attend.
• Once Hold Your Spot registration is over - so long as there's enough space in your new class;
• You will be moved to your chosen spot.
• If the class is full (i.e. all participants have decided to continue in the new session);
  Your old spot will be reserved for you.

Staff will contact you if there are any problems moving to the new class time.

We do not offer to hold spots after the Spring session – as each Fall marks the start of a new Gymnastics season and the Fall registration is always first come first served.

Before registration

• Be sure you can access your Uplifter registration account - (click login at the top of the screen).
  Use the password reset feature if you can't remember yours.
• New to the Club? Set up your account and add your gymnasts.
• Take some time to look through the class offerings so you know what class(es) you want.
• Call us with any questions the week before registration.

Annual Membership / Insurance Fees

Membership fees are not included in the listed prices. This is an annual fee, charged to each participant upon their first registration each season (Sep-Aug). This fee covers your insurance requirement and membership with Gymnastics BC. Very little of these fees go to Glacier Gymnastics. - Learn more about those costs here.

if your desired classes are full, be sure to register to the Wait List. We do our best to add more spots whenever possible!
